My daughter and I were watching Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew on television a few months ago.

This show really made an impression on me. It’s so sad to see people, anyone, hurting so badly that they feel drugs are their only “way out”, their only companion.

If it can happen to celebrities with fame and fortune, it can certainly happen to anyone. Money and fame don’t buy happiness.

I saw a website online when I was surfing today called TheDrugRehab.com. It made me think of this show we watched and it’s great to see that there are places to reach out to for people addicted to drugs.

Basically, they can go to this website, if they’re seeking help with addiction and they can get a free referral to a drug treatment facility. That’s right – it’s a free service.

I think this service refers to Michigan drug rehab centers, and on the main page it discusses what they believe in, why Michigan drug rehabs work, how to stay focused and that they don’t just release you amongst the wolves after treatment. There is aftercare too.

What’s great is that they can refer a person to a drug rehab facility that best suits their needs, instead of a person, who may be on the edge of deciding whether or not to go at all, trying to do a whole bunch of research to find the right place for them.

This free service has all of the information to choose the right place and give you more information about whatever else you may need.

If you know of someone who may need help, you can call for information as well.

If you enter your name, email and phone number, someone who is a professional counselor will call you back, instead of you having to call long distance or wait on hold for a long time.
